IF YOU WANT TO GO

Because Divetracks is not your regular travel agency, the ‘booking’ is done differently than you’re used to.  You don’t need to fill in extensive booking forms and things like that.  So, how does it work?

To track a track, follow the steps below:

1: Fill in the contact form
2: You will then be contacted on the phone so that your wishes will be known to us. When do you want to go, and how long?  How much do you want to dive?  Do you want to take a diving course?  What makes your holiday a success?  Your answers make it easier for us to match you with others.  You get a good track if you spend it with a good group!
3: You will be contacted again after a few weeks, only this time with a concrete travel plan.
4: If you decide to come along, you will then receive an enlistment form and an invoice for the track. 
5: You are considered officially booked once your enlistment form is filled in, and your invoice paid.  You  have just earned yourself a place on the boat!

Ticket to a track

If you wish, we can arrange a ticket for you at a renowned travel agency.  You would then purchase the ticket yourself.  The advantage of letting us mediate (for free!) is that we may be able to get the whole group together into one flight.  That makes it more up-close and personal!

Fore-fun

An ‘information evening ‘ takes place before a group leaves for a track.  It’s usually just in the home of one of the guides.  You get the chance to meet your group, and receive essential information which are relevant to your travel.  You can also make your personal wishes be made known, and set mutual agreements with your group members.
